Cut baguette in 1 cm thick slices or buns into halves. Spread butter on both sides. Cut up some ham finely, similar amount of cheese - grate. Stir in single cream - 1/3-1/2 cup, add paprika, favorite herbs - parsley and oregano, salt pepper.. Spread on the buns. Pop in the oven heated to gas mark 4 for about 10 minutes until they warm through and mixture on the top thickens.
Serve with tomato sauce!

Banana & Coffee Mousse
For 2 - couple of ripe bananas, one teaspoon of instant coffee mix in the blender. If you prefer a sweeter version - add a teaspoon of brown sugar. Pour in into serving glass. Top up with thick yogurt - I used vanilla one, greek would do as well. Drizzle with half a teaspoon of honey, sprinkle with dessicated coconut browned in the pan (about a spoon between 2 glasses). Pop it in the fridge, allow to cool for at least one hour.
